Serve Kings (“we”, “us”) provides water, mould and fire damage restoration services in Ontario. This policy explains what personal information we collect through servekings.ca, by phone and in person, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, details about the damage, photos, and your insurance company and claim number when you request an estimate, call us, message us, or book a service.
- Phone calls: we use call-tracking technology to see which ads and pages lead to calls. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes; you will be told when a call is recorded.
- Website usage: like most websites, we use cookies and similar tools (including Google Analytics and Google Ads) to understand how visitors use our site and to measure our advertising. This can include your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and how you arrived at our site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, schedule and carry out the work, and follow up with you.
- To prepare estimates, invoices and documentation, and to work with your insurance company or adjuster on your claim when you ask us to.

We do not sell your personal information.
When we share information
We share personal information only as needed to provide our services: with your insurance company or adjuster (with your consent), with trusted subcontractors and suppliers working on your job, and with service providers that help us run our business (for example, website hosting, form, call-tracking, email and accounting tools). These providers may store information outside Canada, and they are only allowed to use it to provide services to us. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com. Blocking cookies won’t stop you from contacting us.
How long we keep information
We keep job and customer records for as long as needed for the purposes above, including warranty, insurance and tax requirements, and then securely delete or destroy them.
Security
We use reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive financial details through our website forms.
Your rights
